With the U.S. in the midst of a full-blown obesity epidemic, some child welfare experts are wondering if parents of obese children should be considered guilty of child abuse. Recently, a couple in Marietta, Ga., was arrested and charged with felony child abuse after police found their two daughters (ages 4 and 5) living in horrible conditions and grossly overweight.
